My partner and I recently stayed at Whale's Tail Guest Suites for a relaxing weekend getaway. The spacious apartment was immaculately clean and had an excellent bathroom and a really comfortable bed. The staff at the hotel were lovely and provided us with great recommendations for local restaurants and grocery stores. The location was also perfect, with shops and amenities just a short walk away. our stay was incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, providing excellent value for money.

Very helpful staff, we had forgotten our cable to charge the computer and they let us borrow theirs. Very friendly, nice pool and clean rooms with attention to details like a nightlight in the bathroom. The common use BBQ is a great feature as well. We had a great stay and would come back again.

Clean and spacious suite with great bathroom and comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff provided restaurant recommendations and information on nearby supermarkets. Access to outdoor BBQ and community gym added value to the stay. Daily cleaning service was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely recommend to friends and return in the future.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. In the centre of town with lots of restaurants around, could walk to go and eat. Full kitchen facilities.

The bed was rather small for two people although, to be fair, there was a space issue with the bedroom which would have made a larger bed unmanageable. The person staying on the floor above us seemed to spend a lot of time walking around which was a bit disconcerting!

whale's tail guest suites exceeded our expectations during this christmas party. the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making a great first impression. the apartment was well-appointed and comfortable, with housekeeping and free laundry facilities. we loved the balcony and the location was convenient for shops and restaurants.

No screens on windows.

Our family had an amazing time in Ucluelet staying at a casual and comfortable three-bedroom unit in late June. The suites had a cozy cottage feel and were clean and spacious. The location was perfect for evening strolls to the marina and dining nearby. Can't wait to go back!

We absolutely loved the BBQ facility and kitchen at the guest suites. It was perfect for our family with kids. The baby deer passing by in the evening was a delightful sight!
